I agree wholeheartedly. The thing is, today's society makes such a big deal about the physical side of love, while ignoring the most important part of marriage. The love as in emotion or spirit. If I marry, it's going to be because I fell in love, not for physical pleasure. And if a girl happens to love a girl, or a guy happens to love another guy, so what? It's no reason to bully them. They deserve love as much as the next person. Somebody else in the comments below also mentioned different types of love, such as love for an animal or child. You see, love isn't always about romance . And if it is romantic love, why take it away because it's because between two people of the same gender? Don't they have the same rights as a human being as straight people do?
And guess what? I'm not only straight, but Catholic as well. So sue me.
